Weekly housekeeping, 10 chef-prepared dining room meals, van transportation, beverage bar, 24-hour front desk concierge, secured entrance, central air conditioning, water-based heat, digital starter cable TV, exercise classes, fitness center, and all social, educational and cultural activities are included at our senior living facility in Roseville.
Electric (appliances and lighting), landline phone, and apartment internet services are not included as part of senior housing.
Our smallest 1-bedroom senior apartment in Roseville is 631 square feet and rents for $1,695. Our largest apartment is 1350 square feet and rents for $3,145. A 2nd Resident Fee adds an additional $190 per month and a garage stall $60 per month.
We have 11-floor plans to choose from for our senior apartments in Roseville, including a one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom. All of the apartments have full kitchens, generous closet space, and at least one half-bay window.
Senior housing meals are served in our dining room from Monday through Thursday beginning at 4:45 p.m. and Sunday at 12:00 p.m. Ten dinners per resident are included in the monthly rent. You are welcome to dine with us any time for a price per meal starting at $17.00. Lunch is available in our bistro Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., and Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. In addition, round-the-clock beverages are also available at our beverage bar.
Many home healthcare agencies provide senior care options in Roseville, from occasional companion care to round-the-clock assistance. Ask about our current partnership with Comfort Keepers, an agency that offers a reduced hourly minimum on a weekly basis between participating residents.
At our senior housing community in Roseville, we offer a full calendar of on-site and off-site events including entertainment, educational, social & recreational opportunities, and excursions each month organized by a full-time professional Resident Services Director. Yes! We have our own RosePointe 15-person van in Roseville. Standing van schedule of events such as shopping, medical appointments, excursions, and recreational activities are part of the schedule. This is an excellent service for seniors no longer driving or avoiding weather conditions typical for Roseville, Minnesota.
Yes – senior community leases run from May 1st through April 30th each year. You may renew an annual lease or go month-to-month for $50 more per month with a required 60-day notice to vacate. If you need to move to another community due to advanced medical care needs, a 60-day notice to vacate is required and the lease will be terminated without penalty.
Some of our senior apartments in Roseville have a waitlist, and some models are available for move-in. A Refundable Security Deposit (check) in the amount of $1,000 is due at the time a Rental Application is submitted either to secure an apartment or a position on our Wait List. The balance, equal to one month’s rent, will be due before the lease begins.
No – your rent for senior housing will be prorated.
Yes – underground parking at our senior living community is $60 per month. Outside parking is free.
Yes – We accept cats and dogs under 15 pounds and under. Owners must comply with our pet policy and pay a non-refundable $500 pet fee per pet at the time of lease signing.
