RosePointe II is a 42-unit, 3-story split-level walk-up with no elevators. The one and two-bedroom apartments are very spacious, ranging between 750 – 1050 square feet, and all units on the 2nd and 3rd floor have balconies.

 

Located north of Hwy 36, on Hamline Ave. N., between County Rd. B2 and County Rd. C. in Roseville, MN, the building is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood within a secluded wooded area. Its manicured grounds offer ample opportunity to relax, take in some of the area’s natural wildlife, or take a brisk walk on our walking path.

The community is founded upon offering seniors an inviting and modern atmosphere with a maintenance-free lifestyle. Also, it is conveniently located to Rosedale and Har Mar shopping malls, the Roseville Library, Fairview and Shoreview Community Centers, Central Park, and both Minneapolis and St. Paul downtowns.

The bistro features a monthly menu with affordable options, including a daily special and a variety of side items such as homemade soup, sandwiches, and salads.

All leases end on April 30th each year, so your initial lease term will be determined by your move-in date. Other lease term options are available after the initial lease term ends.

Yes! For a small fee, you can take the van that is provided at RosePointe I right next door to regularly scheduled shopping locations in Roseville, the library, seasonal walking club, and you can also sign up for medical appointments.

Our building has three secure entry points with an intercom/buzzer system in the main entry.

No. RosePointe II was built in the 1960’s. It is a three-story, split-level walk-up with no elevators or apartments at entry level. Residents must be able to walk up and down stairs to access their apartment, bring in groceries and take out garbage.
